Sample form for testing CGI*StarPro

Use this sample form to test the CGIs created with CGI*StarPro.

These are the simple steps to make your forms alive!

When using WebGenie's server to run the CGI:

Open this file under the 'AutoCGI' option of CGI*StarPro
Type in your E_mail address in its box.
Put an asterik (*) in front of the form element(s) to be made mandatory.
Press 'Save'
Open this file with NetScape or Microsoft Internet Explorer, fill in the inputs and press the submit button!

When using your own server to run the CGI:

Open this file under the 'UNIX CGI' or 'NT CGI' option of CGI*StarPro
Type in your E_mail address and other details in their boxes.
Put an asterik (*) in front of the form element(s) to be made mandatory.
Select one or more options.
Press 'WriteCGI'
Transfer the CGI to your server and type chmod 755 *.cgi if it is UNIX webserver. (This step is not necessary if it is an NT server)
Insert the correct URL of the CGI in the 'Action="http://' part of the form declaration.
Open this file with NetScape or Microsoft Internet Explorer, fill in the inputs and press the submit button!
